2. Application

These terms apply to offers, orders and agreements concluded with consumers through Padelcentrale. Mandatory consumer protection rights always take precedence over any conflicting provision in these terms.

3. Offers and product information

We aim to display products, characteristics, images, availability and prices as completely and accurately as possible. Obvious errors or mistakes, such as a clearly incorrect price caused by a technical error, are not binding to the extent permitted by law.

4. Prices

Prices for consumers include VAT unless clearly stated otherwise. Shipping charges and any other additional costs are shown before you place your order. See also Shipping & delivery.

5. Formation of the contract

The agreement is formed when you place your order and payment has been completed. You then receive an order confirmation at the email address you provided.

6. Payment

The available payment methods are shown during checkout, such as iDEAL | Wero, credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bancontact and Klarna. Payments are processed through Stripe and the payment networks connected to it. When you pay later with Klarna, Klarna's terms also apply.

An order may be suspended or cancelled if payment cannot be authorised or completed.

7. Delivery

We deliver to the address you provided with your order. The risk of loss or damage only passes to you when you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, physically receives the goods.

8. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you have the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal described in Returns & refunds. You can withdraw online via Withdraw from contract here. The direct cost of returning goods after an ordinary withdrawal is borne by you unless we expressly state otherwise.

9. Statutory warranty and conformity

You are entitled to goods that conform to the agreement and to what you may reasonably expect from them. Under Dutch law, statutory conformity has no single fixed warranty period: what you may expect depends on, among other things, the nature, price, characteristics, information provided and normal use of the product.

If goods do not conform, statutory remedies include repair or replacement and, where the law allows, a price reduction or termination. These are provided free of charge where the statutory conditions are met. Any manufacturer's or commercial warranty does not restrict your statutory rights.

10. Complaints

Have a complaint? Email us at klantenservice@padelcentrale.nl, where possible with your order number and a clear description. We aim to respond substantively as soon as possible.

11. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any right or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the agreement was concluded. This does not limit statutory consumer rights relating to defective or non-conforming goods.

12. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, intellectual property rights in our website content, including texts, design, our own images and trade names, belong to Padelcentrale / HMG Management & Projects B.V. or our licensors.

13. Applicable law

Agreements with Padelcentrale are governed by Dutch law. If you are a consumer living in another country, this choice of law does not deprive you of the mandatory consumer protection of your country.

14. Changes

We may amend these terms for future orders. An order you have placed remains subject to the version that applied when you placed it.
